Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices cooked bacon (crispy)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese (or cheddar cheese)
  • cup honey mustard dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Sear chicken: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Cook mushrooms: In the same skillet, sauté sliced mushrooms for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  • Assemble: Place seared chicken breasts in the skillet (or transfer to a baking dish). Spread 1–2 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing over each breast.
  • Top each breast with cooked mushrooms, 1–2 slices of crispy bacon, and shredded cheese.
  • Cook for 10–15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot with honey mustard sauce on the side if desired.
